Meet the PEACEMAKER
& become PEACEMAKERS

"Blessed are the peacemakers for they will be called children of God." Matthew 5:8

Peacemaker - εἰρηνοποιός - pacificatory - serving to make peace.

Why Peacemakers Exists?

We exist to bring peace to people and communities by building authentic relationships, sharing the gospel and giving relief that enables people to be whole.

 How We Worship:

We worship in the building and in action.

Worship in the Building

We gather on 2nd and 4th Sundays as a community to grow our faith in Jesus.

Worship in Action

How we practice our faith in the community around us on 1st and 3rd Sundays.

Why worship in action?

Jesus says, "In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven." Matthew 5:16

We want people to see the church in action where they are so they know God is in them and thank God for remembering them.

Our values reflect our commitment to being a church that is known by the fruits of the Holy Spirit.

“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.”

- Galatians 5:22-23

MEET PASTOR AARON CARTER

In the summer of 2024, I accepted an invitation from the Missouri Conference of the United Methodist Church to move from Austin, Texas to St. Louis, MO to participate in a church plant lab.

During the yearlong training at the Gathering UMC, I prayed for guidance on next steps. As I spent time in the city getting to know some of its history, culture and people, I sensed a draw to stay and start an empowering multi-cultural church here.
